Who is Arianny?

Arianny Mercedes is a scholar, entrepreneur, and advocate for equity and opportunity. She is an alumna of the University of Virginia, where she studied labor history, statistics, and economics. As part of the Distinguished Majors Honors Program, her research explored the long-term impact of the New Deal, analyzing its economic and social legacy into the 21st century.

Her academic interests span technology, law, business, economics, entrepreneurship, and history — all grounded in a systems-level understanding of how to create more inclusive and equitable outcomes.

With over seven years of experience across HR, talent acquisition, and change management, Arianny has worked at leading organizations such as American Express, Accenture, Meta, Fidelity Investments, Let’s Get Ready, and The Brotherhood Sister Sol.

Outside of academia, Arianny is the founder of Revamped, a global career consultancy committed to closing international gaps in wages, talent, and skills. Under her leadership, the Revamped community has organically grown to over 110,000 members worldwide and has supported more than 500 professionals in landing roles at top companies including Google, NBC, Amazon Web Services, Johnson & Johnson, Goldman Sachs, and Disney — generating over $20 million in client salaries.

In addition to her work with individuals, Arianny also consults with companies and public institutions to build more equitable, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces. Her advisory partnerships have included organizations such as OUAI, EA Sports, Google, the New York State Department of Health, and others.

Her work is driven by a deep commitment to building transformative pathways for underserved, disenfranchised, and marginalized communities — turning insight into action and ambition into access.
