Meet Arianny Mercedes
Arianny Mercedes is a scholar, entrepreneur, and equity strategist dedicated to expanding access, mobility, and opportunity. She is an alumna of the University of Virginia, where she studied labor history, statistics, and economics. As part of the Distinguished Majors Honors Program, her research examined the long-term economic and social implications of the New Deal and its influence on wealth distribution into the 21st century.
Her academic and professional interests intersect technology, law, business, economics, policy, and systems design, focused on building scalable solutions that advance equity and structural opportunity.
Arianny is the founder of Revamped, a global career and workforce consultancy committed to closing international gaps in wages, talent, and skills. Under her leadership, the Revamped community has grown organically to more than 110,000 professionals worldwide and has supported over 700 individuals in securing roles at top organizations including Google, NBC, Amazon Web Services, Johnson & Johnson, Goldman Sachs, and Disney, generating over 70 million dollars in collective salaries. In addition to coaching individuals, she partners with corporations and public institutions to design equitable, inclusive, and high-performing workplace ecosystems. Revamped’s advisory and consulting collaborations include OUAI, EA Sports, Google, Farmacy Beauty, and the New York State Department of Health.
Arianny is a Jack Kent Cooke Scholar and a current founder in the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center Milestone Circles Program, supported by the Wells Fargo Foundation, where she works alongside a national cohort of entrepreneurs advancing economic mobility and financial empowerment. She has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, CNN, and other major media outlets for her leadership, innovation, and impact.
With more than seven years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, and change management, Arianny has previously worked with organizations such as American Express, Accenture, Meta, Fidelity Investments, Let’s Get Ready, and The Brotherhood Sister Sol.
Her work is driven by a deep commitment to building transformative pathways for underserved, disenfranchised, and historically marginalized communities, turning insight into action and ambition into access.
