Hi, there!
Hi, I’m Arianny. I am a scholar, immigrant, entrepreneur, engineer, and advocate for change. I am alumna from The University of Virginia where I studied labor history, statistics, and economics. During my time in the Distinguished Major Honors Program, I focused my research on the effects of The New Deal on African Americans, exploring its legacy into the 21st century.
My academic interests are broad, encompassing technology, economics, business, law, entrepreneurship, and history.
Outside of academia, I am the founder of Revamped, a global career consultancy that supports a vibrant community of over 110,000 members. Revamped is dedicated to addressing international disparities in wages, talent, and skills. Through my leadership, we have successfully assisted over 500 professionals in securing rewarding positions at prestigious companies like Google, NBC, AWS, Goldman Sachs, and Disney, resulting in more than $20 million in salaries for our clients.
With over six years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, data engineering, and change management, I’ve worked with leading organizations and nonprofits such as American Express, Accenture, Meta, Let’s Get Ready, and The Brotherhood Sister Sol.
My diverse background is unified by a commitment to creating impactful initiatives that enhance the lives of underserved, disenfranchised, and marginalized communities around the globe.
